What does Management Partnership Services do?
Management Partnership Services is an independent, third-party company that provides professional management services to student transportation and government fleet management organizations across the United States. We perform a wide variety of projects including:

Our projects have addressed all aspects of transportation operations including routing and scheduling; organization and management; implementation and use of software systems; and the development and analysis of performance indicators. MPS has conducted the only two wide spread performance measurement surveys specifically targeted at student transportation for the States of Pennsylvania and Michigan. We also have expertise in the area of fleet maintenance and management, including developing preventive maintenance programs; managing parts and materials inventory; installing and utilizing fleet information systems; and measuring and analyzing the efficiency and cost effectiveness of maintenance operations.
Who is Management Partnership Services?
MPS employs consulting professionals that posses highly relevant industry experience and analytical skills that synthesize operational data to develop unique and highly informative analysis. Where has MPS worked?
In the previous nine years, MPS has conducted over 200 consulting projects of various sizes and types for more than 150 clients in 23 states across the United States and in Canada. They include rural, suburban, and urban school districts who have had contracted, district-owned, and combination transportation operations.
MPS has also worked with state student transportation agencies, regional cooperative transportation organizations, private investment firms, private sector transportation providers, and student transportation professional associations.
